Marian Poe presented our Writer’s Spotlight this month, with her interactive presentation entitled, “Finding Your ‘Write’ Process”. The presentation led to a fantastic discussion that got everyone thinking about their writing process and how they approach writing.
Marking the Mark awards were presented to Phillip Volentine, Shirley Brown, and Dave Hicks. Congratulations to them for their submissions and hard work!
Our Members Only quarterly contest entries are due at the meeting on March 2nd. The topic is “Nature”, limited to 1000 words or less, any style or genre.
Flash Writing topics were:

- My favorite character
- Turn off the lights
- My greatest fear/joy
- Open topic
And once again the meeting concluded with a rousing Round-Robin session!
