The June 2020 Shreveport Writers Club meeting will be a virutal meeting using Zoom* on Saturday, June 6th, 2020.
In order to protect the integrity of the meeting and inusre a positive experience for our attendees, anyone interested in attending the meeting must send an email to shreveportwritersclub@gmail.com requesting the meeting link and password no later than noon Friday, June 5th.
Members of the Shreveport Writers Club Facebook group, who are on the group email list may post a Zoom meeting request on the Facebook page. The meeting link and password will be emailed to you. The meeting link and password will not be posted in the Facebook group.
If you are not in the Facebook group, you may ask to join the Shreveport Writers Club Facebook group and post your meeting request there. If you are not already on the Shreveport Writers Club email list, you will be asked to provide an email address. The meeting link and password will be emailed to you.
The Critique Group will also meet virually via Zoom on June 20th at 10 am. The procedure for requesting an email with the meeting link and password for the Critique Group is the same as for the general meeting. The request to attend Critique Group needs to be submitted by noon Friday, June 19th, either through the Facebook group or by email.
The group has tentative plans to return to in-person meetings in July. Please watch this blog or log into the Facebook group for any updates.
