Health and Beauty Fair at Urgent EMS
We have our tent set up at the Health and Beauty Information Fair hosted by Queerport at Urgentcare EMS on Market.
Writing has a lot of mental and emotional health benefits and we’re hoping to reach out to our community more.
Come by to check out all of the health and beauty informtion that can be found around Shreveport.
Others are also getting their tents up and yes, there’s a coffee tent! There are also two food trucks coming in!

July Speaker
On July 7th, we will being holding the Shreveport Writer’s Club meeting at Rick’s Records (3512 Youree Drive, Shreveport, Louisiana 71105).
The shop owner, Rick Colon, will be talking to us about his fantasy fiction book series.
We are thankful, for him to be opening his doors for us and speaking about his book writing process and traditional publishing.
The meeting starts at 10am and ends at 12pm. Remember, that visitors are always welcomed!

A reminder that there is a Critique Group tomorrow at Broadmoor Library. It will be held from 10am-12pm.
Come and bring work that you have been working on and/or come and listen to others and give your critique.
Helping each other creatively will help boost productivity and our eagerness to work.
